Philippe Morales

Member of the Luxembourg Bar (1994)

Since his registration to the Luxembourg Bar in 1994, Philippe Morales advises clients in litigious and non-litigious matters in the fields of corporate and commercial law. His practice brings him to advise private shareholders as well as investment companies or institutional investors. He has also significant experience in the restructuring of investment funds and their liquidation under the supervision of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier. He is active in the domain of advanced technology law, internet and IT law, protection of privacy and personal data, copyright and trademark in connection with new technologies.

Cécile Hestin

Member of the Paris Bar (2001), registered on the list IV of the Luxembourg Bar (2006) to practice in Luxembourg under her French professional title.

Cécile Hestin specializes in corporate law, company restructuring and private equity transactions on behalf of companies or investment funds. She is also in charge of the coordination of the corporate housekeeping of companies domiciled by Mohé.


Postgraduate Degrees in European law (1999) from the University of Paris XII and in private comparative law (1997) from the University of Paris II (DESS and DEA)
